We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days after your initial purchase, you may request a full refund.
To qualify for the 7-day money-back guarantee:

- This applies only to your first subscription purchase with ZynIPTV.
- Renewal payments are not eligible for the 7-day guarantee.

Service Unavailability
If our service experiences significant downtime or technical issues that make the service unusable for an extended period (more than 24 consecutive hours), you may be eligible for a partial refund or service credit proportional to the affected period.
To qualify for a service unavailability refund:
- The issue must not be related to your local internet connection or device.
- You must report the issue to our support team during the period of unavailability.
- The issue must be verified by our technical team as affecting our entire service or a significant portion of our channels.
Duplicate or Erroneous Charges
If you have been charged multiple times for the same subscription period or have experienced any billing errors, you are eligible for a full refund of the duplicate or erroneous charges.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Cancellations after the 7-day money-back guarantee period has expired.
